FISH CURRY

FISH CURRY ( MACHER KALIA)




Ingredients:
Rohu fish                               4-5 pcs 
Onion                                    2 med. size
Ginger                                   1tsp(paste)
Garlic                                    1tsp(paste)
Turmeric pd                           1tsp.
Kashmiri Lal mirch                 1tsp
Cumin pd.                              1tsp
Everest chicken masala           3tsp
Curd                                      Half cup 
Sugar                                     1tsp 
Oil                                         7-8 tbsp
Salt                                        To taste


Procedure:
1.. Make a paste with Onion, ginger & garlic.
2. Fry the fish in oil. Remove the fish. In the remaining oil add cardamom,clove,bay leaf & cumin seeds.
3. Saute & add the paste.Fry for 1to 2 mins.
4. Now add all the powder mixtures.Fry on low heat.
5. Add curd, salt & sugar to taste.
6. Add water & make a gravy.
7. Add the fish & let it simmer for sometime.
8. Remove from heat & garnish with coriander leaf & serve hot with rice or chapati.
